Lynn, the maintenance manager, and Alyssa are amazing and really go above and beyond. I love seeing Lynn around in the apartment--he's always there with a ready smile, a great sense of humor, and a request to "make it a great day." They are timely to respond to any issues and super trustworthy. They truly care about their tenants. I have an unexpectedly large car for the parking space, but Lynn and Alyssa really took the time to measure my car, the space, and even readjust things several times to make sure my car could fit. I've lived in multiple apartments in different states and the crew here is by far the best.

Addison hits the mark with a spot-on location - super close to transit, shops, and great dining, so getting around (or just grabbing your next bite) is effortlessly easy. The building itself feels fresh and modern, with clean lines and well-kept spaces that feel inviting. And the team is friendly, professional, and always ready to lend a hand. It’s the perfect mix of convenience, style, and thoughtful service that really sets Addison apart.

I've had such a great experience at The Addison Apartments thanks to the wonderful staff! Lynn and Alyssa are especially kind and helpful — they always greet you with a smile and make the community feel like home.

Coming from someone who moves often, I can confidently say this is one of my best home experiences thanks to Mr Lynn! He's extremely kind, helpful, and I know he has my best interests at heart. He always goes above and beyond when helping me with my problems, and he gives this place such a great sense of community. Wouldn't be the same without him. Thank you!!

Alyssa was very patient answering all my questions, and did a great job explaining everything and making sure I understood with the most amazing attitude. Everyone was welcoming! The location is convenient and the rooftop is beautiful!
