I stayed here for a summer program and had a wonderful experience at ALLSTON+STADIUM!
Location & Convenience: The location is unbeatable. Having a Target and the subway/BART right downstairs made our daily life and commute to class incredibly convenient.
Check-in: After a grueling 15-hour flight and 2 hours on the subway, the check-in process was a lifesaver. We had downloaded the app and activated the mobile keys in advance, so we could go straight to our room to rest. The management was also super accommodating, allowing us to report to the office a day late.
Living Experience: The apartment has a great vibe. We loved hanging out in the first-floor garden and using the gym. My favorite part was the huge window in our room—on clear days, the sunset and the view of the bridge were breathtaking. The live music from the restaurant downstairs on weekends added so much fun to my trip.
Staff: A huge thank you to the management team! Special shout-out to Breana for her patience and detailed communication before we arrived, which helped us settle in smoothly. Also, sincere appreciation to Asia, who was incredibly responsible and helpful.
A small suggestion: Since our room on the 2nd floor gets direct sunlight, it can get a bit warm. I couldn't quite figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan, so clearer instructions or a working fan would have made it perfect.
Overall, I highly recommend this place to any students coming to Berkeley!

4th floor is always very hot and feels as if the heater is on 24/7 in addition to the fact that it already gets plenty of sunlight. It would be much nicer if it was more like the second floor which seems to have AC running very often.

I live here right now, the living space is pretty good but when it comes to communication, responsiveness, and management, there is definitely a lot of room to improve. I feel like there could be a lot more action taken on resident requests, and I feel like it takes too long to be heard. Overall, great living space, environment, and location, but have had issues with my fridge and microwave and the office hours aren’t stuck to 100% of the time when I try to go down and address the issue. Hope this’ll get resolved!

So glad I moved into Stadium Place! As an international student accepted late by Berkeley, I was only able to start my house hunt a week before orientation - luckily we met Kelly, a wonderful and hospitable agent. To be honest, choosing apartments not only depends on the place itself but also largely on the first impressions of the leasing office staffs. Some other apartments also had great and even better housing options, yet many of them lack the passion and consideration needed for the job. Kelly is incredibly professional and helping as we were able to move in a few days after filling in the application. The apartment couldn’t be better - spacious, clean and bright, with all the amenities we could ever asked for. If you’re looking for nice apartment with warm staff and great neighbors, I would definitely recommend a tour here!

After a year and a half living at this apartment, I suggest you chose another one when apartment shopping. We have been under construction for exterior painting for three months, constant noise starting in early mornings and persists throughout the week. Our windows are even blocked, possibly for more than a month without prior notification of such a long time period and without compensations for this disruption of lifestyle. I do not understand why painting the exterior is a more worthwhile matter than simply attending to the actual living standards of your residents? The rent is high for I don't know what reason, there is no in-unit washer/dryer, and cabinets are old that the doors don't shut properly. Why not renovate the inside to improve our living? Three month of construction is long enough, it's seriously impacting my mental and physical health!
