My child enjoyed their tenancy here. The building is conveniently located right around the corner from campus. We had a great experience with management. Angel from management has been a blessing to deal with.

Toured The Durant and really enjoyed it! The team was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the tour. Loved the modern look and how clean everything is and while I was specifically looking for a one bedroom, they have spacious two bedrooms and cute studios.

The building managers are very friendly, and the maintenance staff handles repairs very quickly. I have lived here for years and have been very satisfied. We suggested getting a peloton for the building too and they made it happen.

Great place to live. Very quiet most of the time and management is really nice. Definitely expensive and missing some amenities, but so close to campus

I cannot thank Corey and Kennedy enough for helping me tour the Durant. They are such a professional and communicative duo. They patiently responded to my many questions regarding their studio apartments and eased the my stress, this being my first time apartment hunting. Cannot be any more appreciative of them both.
