I came out and took a tour of the location and absolutely loved it especially with the bonus of how close it is to campus! Jose, the person who helped me, was so friendly and professional. I can’t wait to make my decision final!

Riley has been super helpful and polite in answering any questions we had along the way of completing our lease. Emails are returned fast and phone calls are always answered. So easy to work with.

Terrific location, staff and building amenities. Especially the staff...they communicate clearly, are happy to help when needed, and they maintain a safe, clean, enjoyable living environment. We saw all of the buildings and several private apartments and the HUB was easily the best choice. I cannot say enough great things about the manager in particular, as Kathleen helped both my son and my niece & nephew navigate various lease issues. Thank you, Kathleen!

I have been a resident in the Hub for almost a year, and the facilities and service are truly amazing. The amenities- rooftop, study rooms, gym, sauna- are clean and beautiful, creating a very pleasant atmosphere with many different places to enjoy. The apartments are well-laid out, with a great kitchen, living spaces, and furniture. The management staff follows-up quickly and is very helpful, and maintenance also responds right away. The building is very orderly and has a nice community of students. A blessing to be here.

Simply said, the best apartment unit on campus. Spacious, elegant, cozy. Any maintenance issues? The team here responds quickly and efficiently. Amidst the confusion of finding housing during your freshman fall, it was a blessing from god that I stumbled upon the hub. I found my community here and as an out-of-state student, I’m grateful to call it my home.
