We were charged for deductions that are inaccurate and did not occur. This issue has remained unresolved for over a year, and we are firmly requesting the return of our full security deposit in accordance with California tenant law.
It’s been 7 months since my son moved out, have called them, emailed them. No one responds. They have not returned our security deposit. Cannot believe how they can get away with this when state law clearly mandates them to do so within 14 days of move out.
