I lived here for a little over a year. Absolutely amazing. Molly, the property manager, is more than helpful. If there were any issues, they would be there immediately to help. Recommend this place to everyone.

I loved living at 27th Street Crossing and would highly recommend it. Boise’s West End neighborhood has the classic old Boise feel and with new and exciting businesses popping up all around. This apartment is central to most of Boise’s most popular areas and just a couple minutes from the freeway and connector. The only issue I had was that there wasn’t much storage space in the apartment unit itself aside from the bedroom closet, but they conveniently offer storage spaces within the building for a reasonable rate.

I lived here for about a year and was very pleased. Beautiful property with great amenities and management was always kind and easy to work with. I also received the majority of my deposit back (less what was expected) so overall highly recommend.

Me and my husband have lived here for about 5 months now and have had a great experience! Ownership and management are kind and so easy to communicate and work with. Always clean and great touches all around the property that make it feel like home!

Truly, I have never been more satisfied moving into an apartment or house than when I moved in here.
Phenomenal service, great units. My wife and I rented a 2 bed 2 bathroom fully furnished and were blown away both by how easy it was to apply and get in and by how the nice the place was when we got here. They even filled it with detergent for the laundry and dishes, and took care of all the little details you might expect them to leave out with a fully furnished place.
I feel like we got a great place for the price and management is 10X better than most places.
