To address the good first, the main shared laundry is surprisingly clean and well maintained. A month before moving in, I paid my deposit to secure an apartment for my wife and myself. After that day, I did not hear from the property at all despite calling, emailing, and leaving work early to go to the office. No one is ever at the office. No one ever answers the phone. The week I was suppose to move in is when they finally called me after ghosting me for over a month. The day I arrived to move in, the apartment that I was scheduled to move into was not ready. I moved into a different unit instead which was no problem. For my inconvenience, Alyssa offered me a gift card to my favorite restaurant, Ling & Louie's, I have lived here for 4 months now and I have not heard from her at all. When I moved in I asked if I can have shelves installed in the pantry. I was assured that it can be done no problem. I installed them myself because no one ever came or said anything about it after move in day. I had an outlet that was very loose in my bedroom. I was assured by the other woman that works in the office on two separate occasions that it would be fixed. After a month of it not getting done, I asked that same woman about my outlet getting fixed. She asked me if I put in a work order. The two previous times that we spoke about the outlet months prior she never said anything about a work order which was weird. One of the doors in the unit only had 1 screw in each of the hinges instead of the 3 that should be in there. I was told I need to put in a work order for that and I still had to go to the front office to actually get them to send Chris to fix the door. In Chris' defense he is new and trying to pick up the pieces of this apartment. They also have him working at other properties so he is not always available. So do not think you as a resident at Curtis Meadow are the priority. This property does not change the A/C filters. This property does not keep the doggy bags filled at the waste stations to pick up dog waste. I would not recommend. The biggest problem outside of terrible management is that you will be paying over $100 more in addition to your rent for the various fees from the property. Trash alone for this property is around $40 per month. So please budget accordingly. Do not think you are getting a good deal.

My daughter and I moved into Curtis Meadow a month ago and our experience so far has been great! The landlord and the maintenance guy have been incredibly nice to us. I love when I’m outside I can see all the different pets in the windows. Not many places accept pets anymore so that was my main concern when looking for a new place to call home. I love my new home.
