Do NOT live here- you will regret it. This place is an absolute nightmare. The air conditioning didn’t work (a pretty major detail conveniently left out during move-in), and the office staff who live on the property are some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. I was scolded in front of my guests by the rental manager simply for accidentally locking myself out of the garage. Instead of basic professionalism, I was threatened with being charged the next time it happened. That same manager has entered my unit and bedroom unannounced while I was sleeping, under the guise of “inspection.” During this, she called my home “filthy” and proceeded to let my roommate’s ESA dog out of her room without permission while my roommate was at work. This wasn’t a one-time event. My own dog was also let out while they were working on the dishwasher. Later, she even threatened to call animal control because our dogs were in our private rooms while we were at work, citing some vague “handbook” rule. The worst part came during move out. I received a letter showing over $1,000 in move out charges $620 just for cleaning. I requested a receipt and was ignored for two weeks. When she finally responded, she sent the receipt privately to my roommate (not me), and it showed the actual cleaning cost was $469.50. When I confronted her about the nearly $150 overcharge, she tried to brush it off, claiming “the system rounds up.” That’s not rounding, that’s fraud. If I hadn’t followed up, she would’ve kept the money. It makes me seriously question how often this is done to other tenants who don’t push back. This place may look appealing because of the cheap rent, but it’s cheap for a reason. Between the mismanagement, the disrespect, and the questionable move out charges, this was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

I moved in here sight unseen. I was taking a risk that way, but I had good communication with Teresa. I moved here for my job. The apartment was very cleaned when I moved in. The little wear and tear stuff that needed to be fixed was taken care of in a timely manner. A couple of windows were replaced due to them leaking/ Price point is good. I think there is a lot offered for the price of the rent. This is well under my budget.
