Huntington is the best! We just renewed our lease for another year. The assistant property manager Stephen is amazing and always so quick to respond to calls and emails. The maintenance team is also super helpful and speedy. The location is unbeatable: close to BSU, downtown, the greenbelt, and the interstate (both 184 and 84!). Huntington also offers a 10% rent discount for Micron employees, and we feel that we get amazing bang for our buck here! Our apartment is beautifully renovated with a nice view and balcony. We couldn't ask for a better home while in Boise.

I've been living here for about 7 months now. Though the sound isolation in the walls are bad (can hear neighbors talking, walking around faintly) everything else makes it up for me. Maintenance comes VERY fast often the day of or the next day, location is great because its a short walk from the greenbelt, and this apartments offers a nice pool and a small gym near their office. I do think experiences may vary depending on how noisy your neighbors are but thankfully, mine keep noise to a minimum at night. I've never had management so good like this, I am more than satisfied living here.

I would recommend Huntington to EVERYONE looking for a nice, clean, quiet apartment in Boise. The location cannot be beat with walking distance to several local restaurants and the greenbelt. The apartments are great sizes and I never had any noise or maintenance issues during my two year stay. The staff are all wonderful - everyone from the management team to the maintenance team to the cleaners always loved to say hi. In my two years here, I never had any issues and would highly recommend it. The property is beautiful, well located, and kept so well maintained (even the pool, spa, gym, and central areas). The company does a great job at keeping it clean here. I am actually so sad to be moving out of here since I love it so much!

Our apartment is absolutely phenomenal. Management and maintenance are awesome. Moving into this complex has been the best decision of our retired life we could have ever made. Thank you Becky and Stephen for making our move the "Best Move" ever.
