I just wanted to say that Q is the best! Before Q stepped in, my process was very confusing, long and hard however, he made sure everything was smooth after he took over me from another leasing agent. Huge difference between my experience with him and prior to him. Also thanks a lot to the property manager, Melissa for being very understanding and helping! Just moved in and so far everything has worked out.

From the moment I called looking for a new home Q, leasing agent went out of his way above and behind to make sure we got everything we are looking for. Including saving us a few thousand dollars. The leasing office is very professional and beautiful. The complex feels like a resort. You are treated like family here with respect and empathy. I never had such a wonderful experience applying here and moving in. Q, made sure we understood everything and what to expect. He is very nice and personable. He really does a good job and knows what he is doing. We saved a lot of money moving here. The facilities and amenities are very clean and convenient. Application to move in process was a smooth and exciting process. I highly recommend to apply and move here.

Just moved in but had the best experience with Q, he knew all the things to get me hooked on such a beautiful apartment. And even helped me get moved in on the day I wanted (a week from when I applied) had the best experience for this to be my first apartment.

Samantha Thompson is literally the best leasing consultant. I cannot express my gratitude enough. Her communication skills and passion for future residents is more than amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I had the best and easiest move-in experience. I dearly appreciate her and would recommend all residents to speak to her to enhance their move-in.

Update: I spoke to Melissa, the property manager and she was a delight. A fresh breath of air. She contacted me directly to address my concerns and explained and clarified everything I asked about. They have gone around to clean up the property. They are establishing maintenance staff and the delay in requests should be resolved soon. All in all, she restored a lot of my confidence that any of my previous concerns can be alleviated and it meant the world :) thank you again Melissa!
Previous concern:
When I first moved in here, I had written a very nice review as I was helped by staff of the previous management company. I’ve lived here now three years and originally this apartment was like a dream come true staff was always very helpful. Amenities were always super clean and cared for. … I’m noticing that there’s an increase in dog poop around the property not being picked up however, the bag container is empty and not refilled. There is a slower response time to maintenance requests, and the community has not been as great at providing communication.
