Boulder Creek Apartments

BEWARE! Shady Deposit Practices! Representative did not share via written or verbal statement regarding refund policy should I decide not to move into Boulder Creek Apartments. I told the representative I was no longer interested in the apartment the day after a lease was sent to me. They refused to issue me back my deposit of $1000.00. I would not recommend this apartment community.

First year at Boulder Creek we had no complaints. In the last year we’ve had an issue with the police parking outside our unit nearly weekly for months. One night the cops kicked in our neighbor’s door and we learned there was an ongoing domestic violence issue going on. During this time we were concerned about our safety and weren’t sure what was going on. Boulder Creek never communicated anything to us, but did contact us recently to renew our lease…and raise our rent. We also learned all our friends living here are paying less than us by a significant margin, Boulder Creek unwilling to negotiate rent increase with us. Emailed the operations director twice, no response. Was assured police shouldn’t be parked at the R block regularly anymore, watched an altercation last week while working from home (see pics). So recommend living here if you want the cops regularly swinging by and feeling ripped off in the process. Sadly this isn’t the review I wanted to be writing, but we feel very mistreated by management. Will say the best part of Boulder Creek is the maintenance staff; if you have an issue they will fix it right away. Maybe the maintenance team can teach the management a lesson in customer service.
