I would not recommend this complex. The apartments themselves are not bad, and I understand they are older units, but that does not excuse ongoing maintenance failures and lack of professionalism. We have had continuous AC issues that have never been properly resolved. Maintenance comes, says they will fix it or come back later, and then nothing actually gets done. My roommates and I have been home when they “check” it, and they leave without resolving anything. My room is constantly freezing cold while my roommate’s room is extremely hot. We have submitted multiple requests and made repeated calls, but the issue still has not been fixed. I also emailed the property manager directly and have not received any response. In addition, one of the stove burners does not work and they have failed to replace it. I understand these are older appliances, but we are paying rent and basic things should function properly. When my roommates first moved in, one of them found her bedroom door unlocked with belongings still inside as if someone had been staying there. The room was not cleaned, there were men’s items left behind, the restroom was filthy, and there was a hole in the wall that still has not been repaired. Looking at other reviews, many people mention being charged after move-out for damages they did not cause, including issues that were never fixed before move-in. That is concerning. I also dislike that each resident only gets one visitor parking pass, despite there being plenty of visitor spots. Guests constantly have to worry about being towed, which has already happened. The office staff has also been unprofessional. One of the employees has been rude and dismissive. When we asked for help regarding maintenance, we were told, “I’m not maintenance, what do you want me to do?” We were always respectful, but after being repeatedly ignored and not taken seriously, it became extremely frustrating. They were also reluctant to provide the manager’s contact information until my roommate repeatedly asked. We were eventually given the manager’s email, but there has still been no response. Overall, the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through has made this a very disappointing living experience.

This apartment complex used to be good. But they have become incredibly vicious with towing. Even if they tow your car because of their error. They will say it's out of your hand once it's towed and that they can't do anything to help you. There's also a four step process through two different apps to allow visitors to park without being towed. I have had my own vehicle towed while living here and paying rent. And I know many other residents who have had the same happen to them. Do not live here if you have a vehicle. Most residents have a story of being towed here at least once. And management is downright rude in resolving any issues.
