Update as of 1/30/2026: do not move to this apartment unless you want to pay almost 1000$ a month for a place with three roommates that you can’t even sleep in because they decided that the loud music that is coming from another entire unit is “acceptable” and “non-violating” even though you have had to stay up until 2am trying to get their useless security guards to come into your unit to actually hear it (you can’t hear it outside!!!) but at least when they do hear it they agree that it is too loud (at least to your face). Then they say they can’t find the source of the noise and drive off. Absolutely worthless place. They would rather relocate you than tell someone to shut off their damn speaker during their quiet hours, which are supposed to be 10pm to 8am, but feel free to practice a god damn instrument during that time, which is what I was told was happening the latest time.
Original review: Actually calling for maintenance was good, they responded quickly at least the day after move-in. However, the place was in really bad shape when I got here, something was wrong with nearly every part of my bathroom and there were a lot of light bulbs burned out in the common area as well as a broken power outlet panel. The air vent also hadn’t been changed in what seems like several years. I don’t think they actually check the rooms between tenants. They hadn’t even vacuumed the brand new carpet. The air conditioners directly outside my window are also very loud. They do lawn constantly, so hardly any peace. Good luck finding a parking spot for your legitimate guests if there’s a game going on.
