I've lived here going on 3 years now, I started in a 2x2 and transferred to a 3x3 because I liked the floor plan layout better. I didn't have issues with my original unit and I don't have any issues now. My apt is comfortable and in my personal opinion super cute! I love the property, the location, and most importantly the price!

On the verge of being uninhabitable. And a message to the london staff— no, I will not be reaching out. I contacted the office and maintenance NUMEROUS times during my lease about getting the mold fixed and nobody cared enough. Y’all should be grateful my original review didn’t meet Google standards; there is so much more I could go into detail about. My bathroom was unusable for nearly 2 months and again, nobody cared. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I promise you can find better for the same price.

The London Apartments is fantastic. The gym is clean and equipped with everything you need. The amenities provided are really nice. The study room in the clubhouse is really quiet and relaxing for when you need to study. The apartment also hosts some fun events where residents have the opportunity to get free stuff. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable. Though the unit had minor problems, they were quickly repaired and fixed by maintenance. Overall, the London Apartments is an excellent place to stay and I highly recommend it.

This place is the best apartment for the price in the area! the location is great for biking, and there's a direct bus stop at the front of the apartment. Huge space for everyone and the rooms are upkept well. The amenities are amazing, with a pool, free coffee, and even free printing, which I definitely used last minute for my classes. The staff is very kind and care a lot about helping everyone with any issues they may have, and thats very few. Love it, definitely will be staying all four years of my college life.

I lived here for three years, always paid rent on time, and took care of my apartment like it was my own home. The way management treated me when I moved out was absolutely horrible. They charged me over $100 for “cleaning,” claiming my place was left dirty. Their proof? An extremely grainy picture of a singular hair on the bathtub sink that most likely belongs to them. That is beyond ridiculous. I left everything spotless, and it’s clear they were just looking for an excuse to take money. When I tried to dispute it, the office staff were rude and dismissive. They acted like I was bothering them for asking questions. I sent multiple emails explaining my side, but they either ignored me or sent copy-paste replies that showed they didn’t even read what I said. After three years of living here, that’s the “thank you” I get. To make things worse, our dryer didn’t work the entire time we lived here. We put in maintenance requests, but it was never properly fixed. And one time, maintenance left our back door unlocked and wide open after doing plumbing work with all their parts and trash scattered outside. If their own staff doesn’t respect the property or residents’ safety, how can they justify charging tenants for “cleaning”? This place is a joke. The management is unprofessional, the maintenance team doesn’t care, and the way they treat long-term residents is insulting. If you move here, be ready for poor service, broken appliances, and being charged for nonsense when you leave. Avoid this place at all costs. There are better apartments in the area that actually care about their residents.
