While the on-site staff is professional and very empathetic to tenant needs, the ownership needs to reinvest in these apartments. It feels unfair to see constant rent increases while we are still living with old cabinets and aging appliances. The management team does their best with what they have, but the owners need to modernize these units if they plan on charging these rates.

LED lights are everywhere. It doesn’t really make the place feel safer because there are no security cameras, so it’s just LED lights burning into your eyeballs at every corner anytime the sun is slightly set.
No good place to enjoy the night sky, always just LED beaming you from the corner of your eyes, lighting up your porch until it looks like there’s a miniature sun outside your window.
Living room and bedroom view both are constantly beamed by LED lights. I have sun blocking curtains for the sunlight which I wish i could have drawn during nighttime or sunset, but instead they’re closed 24/7 because of its not the sunlight, it’s the LED lights burning into at every corner, on every street light, on every side of the building, built on our porches…..
I’m sooo, so sick of non-negotiable LEDs— if I wanted my porch light on, id turn it on myself instead of relying on the sterile bright light i have no control over.

Lived here for 2 years. Never late on payments and a quiet tenant. Upon moving out they decided to add an incorrect/ made up charge and for an entire month the manager was not available! The apartments & pool do not look like the pictures at all. The apartments definitely get “the landlord special”. You have to request pest service and air filters and even still they MIGHT get around to it. Not worth the “cheap” rent.

This is not a fancy apartment complex, but is perfect for a graduate student on a budget who wants a private one bedroom apartment. I have never had problems with apartment cleanliness or functionality of stuff. In my opinion the one cheapest one bedroom unit is a good size for a single person. Walls are surprisingly soundproof for the most part and the heating and cooling system works well. You don’t need to turn the heat up super high to be warm enough or turn the AC down super low to be cool. One of my favorite things is that each apartment comes with a small storage room outside the apartment, in addition to the fairly large closet for one person.
Maintenance is responsive and prompt and the leasing staff always check in after each work order to make sure things were done properly and that I had no complaints.
The manager and leasing staff have always been very helpful right from helping with problems with my application to dealing with safety concerns. Especially Lisa. My concerns have always been taken seriously and I feel comfortable with their ability to deal with things expediently and efficiently.
The outside amenities could be better maintained but it doesn’t bother me a great deal. Laundry is a little pricey to do in the units in the complex but they are mostly functional and get the job done. There is no units in the apartment or connections to set up a washer and dryer here, so that is another drawback.
It is within walking distance of a Walmart supercenter and fairly close to HEB and Kroger. It is a nice area to live in and is right next to an excellent animal hospital. It is also pretty close to several fast food places and you can get a good range of restaurant delivery.
Overall, if you are a student on a budget, looking for a reasonably priced apartment with good service, and pretty cozy units, this is a great place. If you are looking for something super luxurious or fancy this is not the right place for you.

I should have believed the bad reviews and looked elsewhere. The make ready on my apartment wasn’t done i had a list of things for them to fix when i turned in the checklist. Then my first month here everyday straight the maintenance guys had to come fix my air conditioner. The maintenance team is not so honest either they give you a temporary fix to shut you up then the next day the same problem. I just don’t think I’ll be renewing and I’m only a month in a half in and ready to go. It’s horrible here! If you can find better please do it. The ladies in the office seem nice but i just don’t think that the headache is worth it.
UPDATE:
Here it is August and I’m now 5 months in and there is more trouble with this Apartment complex. I’m being charged $90.00 for freakin WATER the only thing Lisa could tell me is I’m being charged 20 something dollars by the person in my home (me and 3 kids). SCAM! Then i am speaking with her about the water she gives me a $100 concession. I go to the office to sign the form she then waits until i leave to put a note on the form “to fix move in problems”. YOU CANT FIX MOVE IN PROBLEMS, that’s supposed to be done before i moved in!!!!! I’ve had mold in the apartment and a nasty air conditioner filter that has not been changed since NOVEMBER 2019. These people are pure frauds and disappointments. I’m ready to go nowwwww if i could i would. I hope they don’t fix their mouths to ask for a renewal from me. I’m sending a email now,December, and February that i am moving. I don’t now how they are sleeping at night.
