While the on-site staff is professional and very empathetic to tenant needs, the ownership needs to reinvest in these apartments. It feels unfair to see constant rent increases while we are still living with old cabinets and aging appliances. The management team does their best with what they have, but the owners need to modernize these units if they plan on charging these rates.

LED lights are everywhere. It doesn’t really make the place feel safer because there are no security cameras, so it’s just LED lights burning into your eyeballs at every corner anytime the sun is slightly set.
No good place to enjoy the night sky, always just LED beaming you from the corner of your eyes, lighting up your porch until it looks like there’s a miniature sun outside your window.
Living room and bedroom view both are constantly beamed by LED lights. I have sun blocking curtains for the sunlight which I wish i could have drawn during nighttime or sunset, but instead they’re closed 24/7 because of its not the sunlight, it’s the LED lights burning into at every corner, on every street light, on every side of the building, built on our porches…..
I’m sooo, so sick of non-negotiable LEDs— if I wanted my porch light on, id turn it on myself instead of relying on the sterile bright light i have no control over.
