The 515, Eugene, Lease relet!

Hi, I need to relet my apartment for the summer, the lease goes until the very end of august (the 29th), and is 1184 monthly. Since I need to transfer this lease ASAP, we can discuss me paying a portion of the lease monthly. It is a private room within a 3bed/3bath unit on the second floor, the bathroom is within your private room and the roommates are very clean and respectful of the space. Within the building, there is a pool, hot tub, gym, and more. Utilities can vary, but are usually around 50 per month with heavy usage. A parking pass is included in the monthly rent.
