We had a great tour from Charlie. He was well informed and a fun tour guide. He helped us to feel excited for our student’s stay at this apartment building next year.

Don’t move here if you have a car
Avoid 959 Franklin unless you’re fine living without parking. They don’t give you a spot; you’ll be on a long waitlist, and there’s no monthly parking nearby. My car was towed twice in one month, even on a holiday, and management showed no empathy when I explained that I’m a student who can’t afford it. I thought the office was closed on a holiday.
Some staff are really nice and helpful and I genuinely like them, but that doesn’t make up for the constant parking nightmare. Think twice before signing a lease here.

Actually insane. I’ve toured a lot of student housing options and nothing even came close to this place. From the moment I walked in, I was already impressed. Super modern space and literally feels like a luxury hotel. My tour guide Carolina made it NEXT LEVEL. She was so warm, informative, and genuinely excited to show me around. She really knew her stuff and cared BUT the 12th floor?? Don’t even get me started. Hot tub, gym, and that view… actually speechless. Every amenity is crazy good in how it was designed and you can tell they went out of their way to make it feel so bougie. If you’re considering living here, take the tour and ask for Carolina. You’ll walk out trying to figure out how to move in ASAPPP!!!

Cadence has been absolutely amazing to work with! She’s professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about the residents. Every time I’ve needed help—whether it was a maintenance request, lease question, or just general info—she handled it quickly and with a great attitude. You can tell she takes pride in making sure the apartment community runs smoothly and that everyone feels taken care of. I really appreciate her communication and positive energy. Highly recommend working with Cadence if you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond!

Really close to campus, modern, 12th floor (including gym and hot tub) has amazing view. Maintenance is very helpful. The elevators broke frequently for the first few months; many techs visited, I think they finally fixed them as I haven't had any issues in a while. I went to the front desk to complain about certain amenities not working, I was sat down with a manager who knew more on the situation and they laid out what they were working on and had great reasoning on delays (prioritizing some water damage and elevators first). The gym is so nice to have, I don't have to walk to the Rec Center or pay for a membership at a local gym, there's a variety of equipment and even duplicates so you aren't usually waiting too long for something to be free. The grills have all just been refurbished. If I were to complain about anything it's that the hot tub isn't really all that hot.
