Forest Ridge Apartments

Love it here! I have been here 6 years and about to renew my lease for another year. Office staff (Jessica and Lydia) are polite, always greet with a smile, helpful and knowledgeable. The maintenance guys (Kyle, Fidel, and Leo) are just as great as the front office staff. The apartments themselves are clean and very spacious for the rent. The community has has a newly remodeled gym and big pool, as well as a cute dog park that my dog loves. We know a lot of people in the community but it seems like everyone is friendly and willing to help neighbors. We now have community events. The front office staff is trying to have them once a month. I remember when I moved in the leasing consultant I had said “this is a place to call home because it feels like home”. She was right.

I have lived here for about 6 years. The management is amazing and so is the maintenance! The pools are pretty awesome too! The apartments are very big and you will love the size of the master suite and living room! I can’t recommend Forest Ridge and Holly hills enough! Come here if you want a quiet, homey place to live!!

The best place to live. I moved away and when it was time to return to Denton, Forest Ridge was my first choice. The entire staff is awesome. Always helpful. I love how quiet the neighborhood is for being so close to the highway and 288 loop. Spacious apartments at a great price. I love Forest Ridge. ❤️

Living here has been a wonderful experience. The staff is wonderful and attentive to our needs. We feel appreciated every time we visit. They always have activities going on for residents that allow the kids and adults to be involved. We love the location every thing is near by. Everyone here is beginning to feel like family, all our neighbors are very welcoming and friendly.

I loved these apartments so much! The staff in the office are great. The office is located at the holly hills apartment, which is a bit strange, but it’s not a big deal since they’re across the street from one another. There are washer and dryer hook ups, but there’s also a very clean and nice laundry room. There’s also a nice pool, although it’s somewhat small. The apartments are very spacious. They’re a little bit old but they’re maintained well. Maintenance always comes soon if you have a problem. They’re super nice, too. The area is generally very nice. I rarely see people I don’t know around the apartments. If you have a downstairs apartment, you get a little backyard, which is awesome. I’d recommend that everyone try to live here. It’s lovely!
