Deleted my previous review because the complex eventually got things fixed but now back again after getting an email about being behind on rent and late chargers when we are paid up in full. All this at 9pm the day after christmas is just stressfull beyond belief. what makes matters worse is that we can not login to the rmresident app to look at anything. I hope this is just a mistake but its very concerning that its always something happening here.
No email or notice about any issues just a random corporate email at 9pm the day after chrismas. Make it make sense. We are so tired about being stressed out about something in this apartment and we shouldnt be living like this.
So update. Found out we have been double charged for utilities and pest control as well. Was told told to just make a payment. So trying to make 2 grand magically appear. This is the most disorganized I've ever seen a place and the lack of motivation to do anything about it is concerning.
Second update. Was told the payment was made from a closed bank account, the same one where the money for rent was taken from and that we use daily.......best to stay away from this place at this point.
Third update. Finally got a ahold of property manager 20 minutes before they closed and was told that the issue is with our bank account being closed even though its the same one weve used before and are active with it and then tried to explain that this pattern has been going on for months where the money is cleared then the tenant portal says the check was returned but then it was cleared at the end of the month. We tried explaining that but Jess was not having it and said that shes done all she can do and will have to send it to the court if we dont pay.
Between the issues with moving in here and such, and now this with a clear issue on their end with having taken our money and it magically vanishing even though the bank says its been cleared, just stay away from here all together.
