He took the time to walk me through every detail of the unit, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything about the layout, amenities, and leasing process.
I want to take a moment to recognize the over-the-top customer service we’ve experienced at Oak Meadows Apartments, especially from the maintenance team. Overall, we’ve had great service since moving in, but Martín truly set the bar incredibly high today. Martín was off the clock and on his way home when he saw us struggling to move our couch. Without hesitation, he stopped and helped us—completely on his own time. That level of kindness, professionalism, and genuine care is rare and did not go unnoticed. I also want to acknowledge the maintenance team as a whole, who has been consistently helpful and responsive. Moments like this really show what kind of community Oak Meadows is. Thank you, Martín, for going above and beyond—it truly made our day and reinforced how happy we are to live here!
