Evo on Emerson

I haven't lived here very long but I am highly impressed! With every place, they have their own pros and cons but I definitely have more good things to say. Austin and the maintenance team have been amazing to work with. Austin was very quick to respond and maintenance requests have been swiftly handled. I love the layout, balcony, and how dog friendly it is. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable and safe place to live. Thank goodness for the parking garage as well!

I was looking at a few locations to set up shop and came into Evo to check it out. I love the location with it being within walking distance to places I enjoy. It was incredibly clean and the layout was fantastic. The office manager, Austin, was very helpful in answering all of my questions and showing me around. Upon leaving I ran into the maintenance supervisor, Russ. I chatted him up a bit and asked about the cleanliness, workload he has to deal with, etc. Very transparent and made me feel more comfortable with my choice to make going forward!
