Broadway Place

I moved out of Broadway Place Apartments about two months ago, and I can honestly say it’s hard to find another place as ideal as Broadway. We lived here for about seven months and everything was wonderful, from the friendly helpful staff (special thanks to Simon for always being so attentive and kind) to the well-maintained facilities. The rooftop area was one of our favorite spots: quiet, beautiful, and filled with greenery, perfect for relaxing and recharging. If we ever return to Eugene, this would be the first place we’d want to rent again. Our time living here was truly special and healing 😊

My wife and I have lived in our Broadway Place apartment for about ten years. It’s a very comfortable place, and very convenient to shopping and to our fitness club. The management and maintenance team have always been friendly, respectful, and professional. The current team is especially friendly and supportive. Last Friday we had a very nice barbecue at which the management team prepared “Philly Steak sandwiches”, which were very delicious! The cooks very skillful. The drinks were also good! My wife and I enjoyed our “Fryday” meal very much.😊😊 Thank you very much!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We've been living at Broadway Place Apartments for almost four months and everything has been great! The maintenance service here is fast and excellent. Our garbage disposal and a light bulb in our apartment have some problems, so we reported it to the leasing office staff. In less than two hours, everything was fixed and replaced. We appreciate the quick response and professional service. Highly recommend this place!!

For my partner and I, I think this is the best option and value for a 1bed in Eugene. We moved in 7 months ago and have had newer appliances with no maintenance issues, a mini balcony for my plant collection in the summer, and a big sliding glass door that brings a lot of natural light into the room. I like that there is a bike room to store our bikes in and make an easier commute. Car theft is a problem in Eugene and we always park our car on the second floor sandwiched in between other cars (no issues yet but def something to know when moving to eugene). The management is very friendly and holds lots of events for residents to partake in.

My husband and I have lived at Broadway Place for seven years and love it here. It is fun to be within walking distance of so many things and to be able to take advantage of that. The new management team is doing a great job. Simon in the office is a pleasure to work with and very helpful.Carlos and his maintenance team are very can do and you can count on them.
