Alyssa was outstanding throughout the touring process. She was incredibly responsive, welcomed us warmly the moment we walked in, and impressed us with her deep knowledge of the property and floor plans. Even though I hadn’t planned on relocating back to the area, Alyssa’s professionalism and enthusiasm completely changed my mind. As a former resident, I can confidently say that Gordon Lofts is in excellent hands when it comes to leasing—Alyssa is a true asset to the team.

I moved to the 5th St market with purpose. The Gordon Lofts were a bit more than I was hoping to spend but the value has been spot on. I love the area, the shops, the parks and the people. You can't get a better location in town. I’ve had a bit of ups and downs but overall this has been a wonderful experience. I'm happy to call Gordon Lofts home and the staff (especially Shelby M) has been great. The high end finishings and appliances work well for my attention to detail. I highly recommend it here and do so to my friends. Life is what you make it and Gordon Lofts has helped support my lifestyle. I run and paddle the nearby areas almost daily, my backyard is Skinners Butte and Alton Baker Park. My dog loves it here and so do I.

Lived here from 2022-2023 in a studio. The building is nice and accessibility friendly. However, for the price you pay to stay here, I'd expect a better parking situation. It was over an extra $100 to pay for the parking spot in the lot directly next to the apartment. Otherwise you'd have to walk 1-2 blocks away for parking. There were 3 different managers during the time I lived there. A few times my key fob stopped working to my unit before the door unit had to be replaced. The noise from the trains coming and going nearby would wake me up in the middle of the night even with earplugs in.

Best location in all of Eugene! From beautiful rainbows to gorgeous sunsets and the best amenities Eugene has to offer right at your doorstep. Gordon Lofts is a wonderful community and the management team is excellent! Can’t imagine living anywhere else in Eugene. 😊

Living at Gordon Lofts has been a fantastic experience! Traci, our Property Manager, is absolutely amazing. She’s sincere, honest, and incredibly collaborative. The community events she organizes make living here even more enjoyable—we're truly lucky to have her. The building's amenities are great. I love the Bike Storage Room, which makes it super easy to hop on my bike and ride. With such a central location, it’s often faster to get around by bike than by car! Plus, being within walking distance of the Farmers Market and having Skinners Butte nearby for a quick lunchtime hike are huge perks. Working from home here is also a dream thanks to the new fiber network that was installed earlier this year. When I need a change of scenery, I love taking my meetings on the rooftop patio, especially with the fire pit going—it’s such a relaxing spot!
