I’ve had a transition late in my life at my age to have to downsize from a large home to apartment living! It’s a very interesting life, and I had to move in quickly! They have been very supportive and understanding in my limitations and disabilities. As well with carrying my luggage into my apartment and they provided me with explanation of how things work at my learning age. This is the first apartment complex that I can say, I can walk the full entire complex area and feel completely safe. And it’s very luxurious and plush. I love all the staff. We have some wonderful amenities with Pizza Friday and other fun things in the pool hall room. It’s so close to Autzen Stadium and a grocery convenient Mart across the street. And I’m always catching beautiful rainbows over the complex often. I recommend them highly.

The price and distance to the UO campus are really great. Management team is super friendly and always greet you warmly. The complex is beautiful, and it's really geared toward residents -- move in week there are so many fun events and freebies. 10 min walk to Autzen and it's in a fairly quiet neighborhood. My only complaint is how bright the parking lot lights are - they peek through the blinds and sometimes wake me up at night. But overall, it's a really lovely place to live, and it's my favorite of the 3 different "student housing" places I've live at during my time here in Eugene.

This place is very affordable. I live in a 4 bedroom with 3 roommates and we get along well. I was honestly surprised by how nice it is all around; there are a lot of amenities available to residents, plus the management hosts neat little events in the common area very often! If you're looking for an affordable place to stay for a while, this place usually has pretty good availability, and it's a much better deal compared to a lot of the other student housing complexes around. My cat & I have been enjoying our stay a lot! 🐈

Absolutely outstanding leasing manager! She consistently goes above and beyond for her residents. Anytime there’s a question, concern, or even a small request, she handles it with professionalism, kindness, and real urgency. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people who live here. She’s approachable, reliable, and always willing to help.

Stadium park is really a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and well kept. They offer so many amenities, a gym, a pool, a basketball court. They have free wifi and washer and dryers in the apartment.The staff are very friendly and respectful. The other great part is how affordable it is.
