We just toured with Sean and he was amazing! So kind and friendly when we first walked in and was very knowledgable about the building and leases. He was able to answer every question we had in depth and provided additional information on timelines and promos, which was super helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to get our application in and be able to sign a lease. Amazing customer service! Thanks Sean!

Sean gave us a tour of the 515 and he was amazing! He was polite, respectful, and had all the answers to all our questions. The 515 private, off campus student housing is a beautiful 11 story building owned and operated by American Campus Communities, now owned by Blackstone.
There are many differing configurations in these furnished apartments ranging from studio to 4 BR 4 BA, priced accordingly.
These are modern sleek furnished abodes with full sized beds w mattress, under the bed drawers and bookshelf and nice 2 drawer desk. Some apts have their BA within the BR unit and other BAs are in common areas, priced accordingly.
The building is cleaned every day.
The amenities include computer room, cable, wifi, a fitness room, common large gathering space with barbeque grill and outdoor seating, megatron tv and refrigerators.
On the roof is a pool split in two with half as a year round hot tub. There is also another small amphitheater style covered outdoor large screen tv area which has HDMI projection possibilities.
The building is managed on a daily basis by student workers who live in the building. They are helpful and friendly.
The concrete ceilings are quite tall in each unit. There is a courtyard within the building. The location is fabu with Whole Foods just across the street, 7Eleven even closer and Pizza Hut, Chula's Mexican and Original House of Pancakes all within ez walking distance.
Paying rent through the secure website's resident portal is quick and easy, utilities are inexpensive.
Each unit includes a washer dryer, large and small fridge and stove and dishwasher.
One can either rent with friends or sign up for a configuration. The roommate matching algorithm has not let me down.
Pets are welcome with medical need.
Hey, the maintenance in the building is unbelievable: fast, efficient and kind. Juan is a great worker and knows how to fix anything and everything.
Do not look elsewhere.

Three stars because the building itself is clean and safe. There is not enough secure parking in the building but they rent space a few blocks away. The parking lot is completely unsafe. Rampant vandalism of cars. After many attempts to reach the parent company, only to be referred back to the local building, what we have learned is that there is a homeless problem, the security cameras are installed for purposes of prosecution but that the police will not be looking at the videos and there will be no follow up, the lights are installed. Apparently the parking lot is not owned by the building or parent company and they do not know if a fence would be allowed. Two different people say that a fence will not help. There are no plans or timeline for addressing the problem.
