Their website says a lot of thing that are completely different on the lease so make sure you check. i have two cats and it’s actually $40 per cat per month instead of $20 like it says online. i’m not sure why it says that online but good luck lol TO ADD TO THIS I am living with five people including myself and they only gave us 4 apartment keys. I asked for another one and they said there’s nothing they can do and we have to pay for a new one??? so i have to pay for your guys mistake oh okay cool cool cool pls dont live here y’all it’s so so not worth it

WORST PLACE EVER. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I lived here and had problems with the management repeatedly. When we moved in- the dishwasher and washing machine were filled with mold, carpets were filled with clumps of hair and the house conditions were DISGUSTING. When we moved out, we left the place spotless and they charged us $1200 dollars for cleaning after telling us there would be no fees. Every maintenance request we placed would be ignored until we called the office repeatedly. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT, DO NOT RENT. We had our bike stolen out of the back, and watched from our window as multiple bikes were stolen. Cars in the back parking lot or on the street in front were broken into REGULARLY, glass windows shattered. There was feces left by the stairwell for THREE MONTHS, when we called to ask them to clean it (3 times) it took them 2 more weeks to come out. The lights in the parking lot were out for over a month resulting in EXTREMELY unsafe parking area. The fire alarm in the stairwell went off for 2 weeks straight before anyone came to fix it. The emergency exit signs were off for around a month. Whole place is FILTHY and management DOES NOT CARE. The location is noisy but very close to campus, building has some quirks but is not the worst. If the management weren't so bad- place would be 4/5 stars
