Staff are good. Location is excellent. Landscaping is beautiful but deteriorating. Owners don't provided advertised amenities and activities. Windows aren't washed. Exterior cobwebbed. Owners don't supervise completion of contracts. These are not luxury apartments and not updated. Half of our friends have moved due to rent increase. Specifics available on request

I recently toured the Clairmont apartments and was impressed with the managements professionalism. Alysha was welcoming and knowledgeable. The apartments and amenities were well maintained and the area seemed quiet and safe. I am awaiting word that they have a unit open and I feel this will be a good fit for me.

My wife and I have lived at the Clairmont apartments for about 5 years now. Because it being a 55 and over community its very quite, our neighbors are very friendly, the grounds are well kept up. The new managers have set a new level of professionalism that I like. There's great grocery shopping near by, its also a great place for taking walks through the neighborhood. Hope to be here for a long time.

We were residents for 2 years. The property was immaculate & quiet. Besides some aged fixtures, flooring & cabinets we had no complaints. It was the best affordable senior housing we could find. I highly recommend Clairmont Apartments.

Its a lovely place but the apartment manager is a bit of a jerk. She made me feel very uncomfortable and when i brought up my companion animal she hounded me about keeping my dog quiet... My dog rarely ever barked and was rarely ever left alone. I wasn't the only person there with a pet and she made them feel very uncomfortable as well. So good place if you can avoid dealing with the manager, but not so good on those of you who have companion or service animals
