My boyfriend and I lived here for a year and couldn’t wait to get out of this place. We were one of the first tenants to move in and were not aware that after 2 months we had to pay extra charges (most of the time upwards of $150) for the community. During our first few months living here we had little to no hot water, plumbing leaks, and water damage to our floors. Throughout the entire year we put in work orders because our hot water lasted MAYBE 5 mins at a time and everyone kept saying it was fixed after water running hot for ~2 mins. Finally after 10 months of living here, they realized one of the elements in our water heater was faulty. Our plumbing leak in our kitchen island had to be accessed through the back and when it was all dry-walled and patched, they painted over our island with black paint, a huge eye sore. Most of the staff are nice but it’s like fighting tooth and nail for any kind of accountability from this property. We have moved out and are STILL seeing charges on our account and have run into them trying to charge us more for our last month’s rent because they don’t have their paperwork straight. We are so relieved we got away from this property and cannot wait to never live here again :)

I want to start off by saying I rarely post reviews, and I’m a very picky person! For me, living here at Aura Flagstaff for the past year has been wonderful. I was one of the early/first residents to move in once the property opened. I was braced for, and expecting there to be some issues here and there due to it being a new build, but I never experienced any! The property is gorgeous with great views of Humphrey’s Peak and beautiful night skies! It’s quiet, inviting and really just an amazing spot. There’s absolutely no noise from the freeway either! The interiors are nicely appointed and the layout is thoughtful and spacious! It’s dog friendly!!! Over the year that I have been here the property has come to life with the landscape maturing, events happening for the residents, and the staff stepping into their roles. The Community Manager, Kass, has done a wonderful job bringing this property together. Both her, and Shannon are kind, knowledgeable, and have always made me feel like I was valued and appreciated as a resident. I’ve had maybe 3 minor issues/concerns over the year I’ve been here and each time they have listened to me and helped resolve things quickly. The only thing that seemed to be out of control for a while was the parking situation. But they have fixed that issue. If you are looking for a nice home that has community, events, gorgeous skyline views, is quiet and safe, then Aura Flagstaff is the place!
