Forest Ridge in Arizona is a peaceful, well-kept neighborhood surrounded by mature trees and scenic trails. The area feels welcoming and safe, with friendly residents and tidy common spaces. It’s a great spot for daily walks, family living, or quiet relaxation—highly recommended.

I've lived here for a year, and so far its been good, nice neighbors. Maintenance and staff are great, downside is that the apartments themselves are old. There are no microwaves in the studios, if that's something you need. Also, thank you, for all the constant effort from the staff here!

We absolutely love living at The Place at Forest Ridge! We’ve been here for a couple of years now, and it truly feels like home. The staff is amazing—always so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s easily the best apartment complex and team we’ve ever worked with. The maintenance team is incredible as well; they’re quick, professional, and always make sure things are taken care of. One of our favorite parts of living here is the community. It’s vibrant and welcoming, and the events they host really help bring everyone together. They’re also wonderful with our pets, which means a lot to us. We’re so happy we found our home here and would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live in Flagstaff!

Despite the age of the apartments, the location, amenities and neighborhood is a huge plus! Both ladies at the offices were super helpful, nice and very patient with my family during our search for a new apartment. I needed help during the winter because my heater would not turn on, I made a request on the website and they were there within 30 minutes... on the weekend. They also offer FLEX pay which works great for me because I am a first time renter. I recommend these apartments because they do give huge move in offers. Thanks so much!!

I love living at Forest Ridge! The office staff and maintenance are amazing and are very quick to help with issues. It is a cute, vintage apartment that feels very safe! My only concern is that the appliances are slightly outdated. Other than that, no issues!
