Floor planFloor planThis complex has been very comfortable. In the 2nd year of living here, the staff is very attentive. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. And the apartments are very nice, I especially love the high ceilings. Compliments to Penny(front office) and Kyle(maintenance) for always being courteous and quick on responses and resolving any issues
I’ve only been at Trailside for a few weeks, but I’m already very happy here. The location is great and the property itself is really well maintained. Penny has been fantastic to work with since my initial tour. She made the entire move-in process smooth and was always happy to answer my questions. I’ve also really appreciated Kyle’s quick responses and attention to detail when it comes to work orders and facility upkeep. It’s clear that both Penny and Kyle take a lot of pride in the community and genuinely care about creating a welcoming environment.
