This complex has been very comfortable. In the 2nd year of living here, the staff is very attentive. Maintenance issues are always resolved quickly. And the apartments are very nice, I especially love the high ceilings. Compliments to Penny(front office) and Kyle(maintenance) for always being courteous and quick on responses and resolving any issues

I’ve only been at Trailside for a few weeks, but I’m already very happy here. The location is great and the property itself is really well maintained. Penny has been fantastic to work with since my initial tour. She made the entire move-in process smooth and was always happy to answer my questions. I’ve also really appreciated Kyle’s quick responses and attention to detail when it comes to work orders and facility upkeep. It’s clear that both Penny and Kyle take a lot of pride in the community and genuinely care about creating a welcoming environment.

We really enjoy working with Trailside Apartments. The management and leasing team is professional, communicative, and well organized, which makes our role as a cleaning vendor smooth and efficient. Expectations are clear, scheduling is consistent, and the property is well maintained. It’s always a pleasure partnering with a community that values quality and strong working relationships. I have always lived in a larger community but this complex is the best by far that I've lived in. Penny gave me the best responses I've ever had and the entire staff is fabulous. Quick responses and willingness to resolve any issue is key to a stress free environment. Maintenance is also very efficient and quick to fix any issue with my apartment. The inside of the apartment is very nice.. spacious, an amazing kitchen island and the appliances are new. The noise level is low, my neighbors are friendly and parking has not been an issue. I am so very happy I moved here and hope to have many more years of a beautiful community. I'm Very Happy I made this my home!!!

I just moved to the area and it feels like days have gone by trying to find a place. I came across these apartments and Penny made everything so easy for me after letting her know that this was my first time getting my own place. Not only was she super nice, but she was very warm and gentle while trying to figure everything out. She was very patient in explaining and going over everything. I really appreciate the time she took with me. I also needed help with some things after moving in and Kyle offered to help with no hesitation. He's super nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to settle down.
