This apartment complex does not enforce the terms of the lease, have a decent turnover of their staff, lack central air, and have baseboard heaters that are woefully inefficient. I've spent many a sleepless night due to noise from neighbors, to which they say it didn't violate their lease conditions and were left unattended. People living here are continously found smoking and leaving their dog droppings everywhere, and when it's complained about management sends out email reminders. Those email reminders are about as useful as people reaching out to you about your extended car warranty. They advertise that they renovated their apartments, which basically means they installed nice counters and wood over old, decrepit drawers and cabinets that keep falling apart. What I can say that's in favor of the complex is that their maintenance teams are prompt and respond quickly, though they do struggle to communicate when they'll arrive.

Not from the state, but all the staff and Brent where very kind and answered all our endless questions about the apartment and state. Some of the apartments look like they are being renovated but we have no complaints so far. They also allow up to 2 pets! :)

This was one of my favorite places I've ever lived - I enjoyed the location and surrounding neighborhood. The grounds are beautiful, it was (mostly) peaceful, and felt very safe. It was nice also having the power trail close by. The amenities can't be beat - the gym, pool, and community events were always fun. The 2 bedroom apartments have a good amount of storage and a beautiful balcony. We also had good experiences with the maintenance, and got our dishwasher replaced quickly when it stopped cleaning properly. All that being said, I am unsure if we were placed in a very outdated unit, but the conditions in the winter were almost unlivable. We could have done more to prevent drafts from the fire place and the windows, but the electric baseboard heating did little to fend off the many negative degree temperatures we faced last winter. Opposite goes for the summer - it was very hot inside and the one wall unit did not sufficiently cool the apartment.

We have lived here almost a month now, but so far everything has been amazing. The apartment was very clean upon move in, and all appliances work great. Joseline was very flexible and responsive with me from the time we first toured to move in day and on. She made sure I was comfortable with accessing amenities and made sure we had the correct keys. We were given instructions on using the fireplace and maintenance on the air conditioning unit, and our first utility bill was reasonable. The payments through Bilt are also very simple and make it fun to pay rent. The other thing I will complement is maintenance-they have been fantastic and fast with any issue we have had. The first thing was that our sliding patio door was not opening correctly, and on the next business day it was fixed. They were respectful and left notes on how it was fixed. The second time this morning we had a plumbing issue and water flooding our bathroom, we were able to shut the water line off and call the front office/submit a request and maintenance took care of it again day of! I am very happy and impressed. Thank you.

Joseline was fantastic helping me with finding a great apartment here, answering all my questions, and more. She also made sure my keys and fob were working so I could get access to the gym and all the wonderful amenities provided here. I'm so happy to live here now and look forward to enjoying many years of excellent living. Thank you Joseline!!
