Enclave Rigden Farm Townhomes

We loved living here ! Management was always very nice and easy to work with. Their maintenance man Enrique was always very fast and efficient ! It was very quiet and lovely living here for the year 1/2 we did. Ultimately we decided the space and price just wasn't for us but It's perfect for families that need the bigger space and love a nice quiet neighborhood !

Enclave Rigden Farm seems like a nice place to live, but we had a lot of trouble going through the leasing process and were ultimately denied due a mix-up with a previous apartment. They also are very difficult to get a hold of on the phone which made the process take significantly longer. We had been charged a move-out fee with a previous apartment but were never notified of it, so it wasn't paid on time and came up on the screening report as a "write-off". Even though we paid this fee as soon as we were made aware of it, we were still denied at Enclave due to it being larger than $200 within the last 84 months. The leasing agent, Dominique, originally told us she had spoken with her manager, Heidi, and they agreed a "paid-in-full" letter from the previous apartment would be sufficient and we could dispute the failed screening, but it turned out that didn't matter and we were still denied after everything.
