DON'T BOTHER DEALING WITH A MANAGEMENT COMPANY THAT DOESN'T ANSWER PHONES DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND YOU CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE.

No one ever answers the phone, voicemail, or emails so I can't even apply for an apartment here.

I used to love living here for 6 years but I would warn anyone and everyone looking at moving here to reconsider! The new "management" along with the old manager and new Director lie and make rules up as they go. Including pounding on doors threatening eviction if rent wasn't paid by the 2nd of the month (goes against what the lease actually states) and make up reasons as to why (ex oh the law says I can..). I do not say this lightly ....please be warned. In reply ....the way that management has and continues to treat residents here is wrong! Including the Director. Not one resident was notified of any changes before they happened. Bottom line is it is very clear what you are doing yo residents here....... And it's wrong.

I'm a resident in village on Shields Richmond an the apartment E21And E18 has been messing with the water pipes making feces in my water hot water tank smells like strong urine an when someone comes all the smells go away an nobody wants to help me an so now E21 an E18 continue to go behind the walls and they know how to close it back up I hear them using hammer and drilling I'm in 1000 W Horsetooth Rd fort Collins CO 80526

This place has been an absolute nightmare to live at. They will tow your vehicle with zero warning. They will come in your apartment with zero warning. They do not have respect for tenants' privacy, and the staff is disrespectful in general. If I could give zero stars, I would.
