Took a tour at the apartments and absolutely enjoyed it. Nathalie gave the tour and she did an amazing job providing helpful information and going beyond compared to other apartments i have toured. Will be my first choice to move in here after my current lease is up. Enjoyed the services provided and the apartments themselves.

I lived at Lakeview Towers for two years, and unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. I strongly advise anyone considering this complex to look elsewhere.
Let’s start with the hidden fees — especially the outrageous move-out charges, which ended up being one of the most expensive parts of my entire lease. The management is anything but transparent, and you’ll likely be hit with unexpected costs when you least expect it.
Don’t be fooled by the pond or the scenic view. Beneath the surface, the apartments are poorly maintained. While the maintenance staff is friendly, they’re severely understaffed. We had a piping issue that resulted in a hole being cut in our wall — it remained untouched for three months.
This complex seems more focused on filling units than actually caring for residents. Trash is routinely left in hallways, and there’s zero effort to maintain common areas. The pool is a joke, and the lack of security means your summer weekends will be filled with loud music blasting across the complex — whether you like it or not.
For the price, there are far better options in the area. The management is lazy, the units are noisy and neglected, and the overall living experience is far from what’s advertised.
Save yourself the headache — Lakeview Towers is not worth it.

We are so happy to be moving into Lakeview Towers! We really enjoyed our tour and the vibe of the community. Kierra was so helpful and patient with making sure we got everything all set to move. Great customer service!

0 STAR REVIEW! BEWARE, LISTEN TO THE OTHER TENANT REVIEWS!
I have never been SO ready and happy to leave an apartment. These apartments might as well be section 8 housing with how dirty and ghetto it is. First of all, our vehicle was broken into not even a year living there and this is an extremely common occurrence at these apartments with almost everyone we have talked to telling us they have experienced some kind of theft living here as well, so I’d suggest investing in a steering wheel lock if you make the unfortunate decision to move here. I wouldn’t even bother trying to order things online as our packages went missing on multiple occasions.
TRASH, TRASH, TRASH EVERYWHERE. People toss their trash in the grass, in hallways, near the entrances of our front doors. They use the dog disposal trash bins as a place to throw away their personal trash items, stuffing it SO full that it was constantly overflowing and eventually just broke off so now the dog waste bin just sits on the ground. People will leave their trash and unwanted items in the hallway blocking the trash chute, blocking our mailboxes, blocking the hallways. Stuff that NOBODY else would want as if they are doing us a favor. FYI NOBODY wants your old dusty coffee table! Don’t be lazy and take it to the dump!
The laundry situation is an absolute joke! One washer and dryer to every floor and sometimes it doesn’t even work or the other inconsiderate tenants will leave their clothes in there for hours on end, also be prepared to pay $5 to wash and dry every load. Luckily we didn’t have to use the elevator but the elevator in our building was broken for months on end and I still wouldn’t trust it now that it’s “fixed”.
The people who live here have absolutely no respect for the property or anyone else that lives here. I thought living by the pool would be nice but it has been an absolute nightmare!! There will be whole family reunions at our pool playing LOUD HORRIBLE music, sometimes during the day when I work from home, and sometimes up until 11pm when I have to be up early the next day. They try to enforce rules and give us the number to “security” to call but tenants do not care about the rules and I never see security. People will jump the pools fence and others will let their friends/family in whenever they want up until the late hours of the night.
As for the unit itself, everything started falling apart within a week of moving in. We have never been able to use our oven since living here because every time we tried, it started smoking and smelled like chemicals, like all they did was spray some cleaner in there and never actually cleaned it. The ac/heater never worked. The closet doors are an absolute joke and have fallen off their hinges on multiple occasions because they’re just cheap. Our blinds started falling off one by one in less than a year. Our bathtubs cheap paint started chipping, I put in a maintenance request and all they did was take pictures. Not to mention it had been an absolute nightmare to clean because they obviously used cheap paint that is not meant for a bathtub. We also had a leak that they could not fix for the longest time, they ended having to put a hole in the wall and patched it up with the wrong paint color and never fixed the rest of the wall.
THIS IS ALL WITHIN A YEAR OK.
This apartment was originally advertised as 1350 but ends up being over 1500 with all the ridiculous fees. Definitely not worth it!
The Belmar area might look nice but the apartments around Belmar are not well maintained and there is still rampant crime with countless vehicle break ins and thefts.

Honestly, so disappointed with these apartments!!! Will not recommend living here. Maintenance is not good; people from the office either don’t listen or don’t care about doing their jobs. I had another apartment complex correct the job they supposedly “know” how to do. Also, you guys say you have rules; make sure that those rules apply to everyone, even your workers that live here. You guys say no smoking, but yeah, have them smoking marijuana, and then the whole building smells like it. Honestly, pretty disappointed on how you guys ensure we will be living great when we’re applying only later to live where they barely care about these apartments. Do better or hire higher new management that cares for these apartments, not just come to work and don’t care if your apartment is falling apart!.
