Place is absolutely the ghetto of green mountain, Everytime the property manager takes a crap they think of new rules and they don't even live here and have not a clue of what it's like . Mold inside every wall and the longer you're here the more breathing problems you get . And here's a photo of the pool , and my vehicle has been stolen from the parking lot 3 different times along with all my belongings . They don't care about anything but how it looks from the outside .

I have lived at this property since 2021 and have gone through five separate property managers since living here. Since Inspire took over and Traci and Nicole have started managing our property, we FINALLY have a property manager that CARES! They have been doing a lot of work to get our community here in shape and are making changes to make our property safer and nicer than it has ever been.

Unfortunately, the new owners are just as shady as the last ones. Luckily I got out of here many moons ago, but the horror continues to follow. I attempted to reach out, but alas, they don't return phone calls. Four years, numerous owners, and endless managers that quit to "move on to a higher role" explains a lot about this decrepit property. They tried to spruce up the outside with a subpar paint job, but that money could go way further fixing the inside.
Here we go:
Water falling down the walls because the upstairs apartment constantly flooded. Every room flooded except the dining area. They only fixed stopping the water from flooding us but the holes in the wall from them trying to find the leak, ruined carpets, and bubbled paint still remained. We did our best with a carpet cleaner but that old wet smell lurked.
One hole in the kitchen I had to get them to fill because the cockroaches from the upstairs neighbors came down through the hole by the stove vent. Also was told that cockroaches aren't an emergency situation and spent a week handling it myself before they sent out a professional (we also paid a pest control fee every month).
Had the ceiling light in the kitchen fall and shatter due to a leak upstairs. Luckily no one was in there because it was a huge oval glass light that would have definitely injured someone.
Bounty hunters came at all times of the day and night trying to get info on past neighbors (and showed us their extensive felony record, good thing we paid a background check fee...). The apartment next to me was a revolving door of people getting evicted. Makes me feel uneasy when the office was always cute with new decorations for the holidays yet the bounty hunter can show me more red flags on the residents than the managers can when they take a fee specifically to stop an unsafe complex. The parking lot by building 4 is also a constant drop off for stolen cars in the city but yet management still keeps it dimly lit with zero security cameras. Which is also probably why 17 cars had their windows smashed out one night 🤔
Yes, all my bitchery above was reported and documented. Was even told by a nice maintenance fella after he quit that when they started, they went through and deleted aaaaall the maintenance requests from residents because they were too overwhelmed and just had to start from scratch.
The SWAT call was the fun ending to our already put in notice. All the residents were forced outside by the cops slamming on our doors yelling to get outside now. Spent 2 hours outside down the street and this was all because a resident was threatening to blow up the gas line after a domestic dispute with her lady.
That's all I can drum up for now.

Honestly, I really enjoy the apartments themselves. The amenities are also really nice for the price point. That being said, maintenance will not do anything even foe dire situations. My entire bathroom was broken (could not use my toilet OR my shower for a month despite calling multiple times) and didn't get any sort of action until I threatened to withhold rent for unlivable conditions. Thought this might have been a fluke until my dishwasher started leaking EVERYWHERE and water would spew from the sink and the garbage disposal stopped working. I put in two separate maintenance request 3 weeks apart to which I finally got a response from management saying they "don't have a reliable maintenance team at the moment".
Unrelated to the management, most of the neighbors here are pretty disrespectful about the amount of noise they make. I don't expect complete silence by any means, but kids will be running and screaming through the halls and people will be playing loud music IN the hallways. They will bring in so much snow in the winter that the the carpet in the hallways will actually squish with wetness.
I really wish this place would clean up their act a little bit, as I really like they space that I have. Unfortunately, this is not somewhere I would recommend living due to inconsiderate neighbors and poor administration.

Absolutely incredible property and community. Reina, the new property manager is seriously one of the most amazing people to work with. She has been unbelievably kind, helpful, and understanding. She has gone above and beyond to support everyone including families by putting together free tutoring, resident meet ups, and even pools parties with food for everyone. The environment is so inviting and tucked away in a nice quite neighborhood. There is even a little park right next to the leasing office. Rental prices are very accommodating for the area and close to schools.
