I have been here since May 2025 and the experience has been absolutely horrible. At least the old management company and manager Wendy, was at least accommodating considering the property. There's no assigned parking, my truck has been broken into twice, clothes stolen from the laundry mat on site bc of a crackhead breaking in the laundry room, the neighbors live like loud barn animals beating and banging 24/7, no washer/dryer or dish washer so I guess $1785 rent for 3 stainless steel appliances and new countertops in the bathrooms and kitchen bc I pay extra utilities for EVERYTHING on the property in addition to my electric bill. There's window ac units bc the air/heat doesn't properly circulate upstairs. There are issues that haven't been fixed since I moved in bc the maintenance, the new maintenance is actually really good considering everything else with the new management company, was so horrible I just gave up trying to get things fixed. My kitchen sink pipes are currently broken since Friday and bc the office is closed at 4pm Friday, closed on the weekends which I've never lived somewhere the office wasn't open 24/7, and the emergency maintenance line never works so I want be able to use my sink until Monday or Tuesday possibly. I've been trying to get any kinda help since the new management company took over in November 2025 and no one could help other than how to pay rent until I lost my cool after months of patience and cussed them out, and still didn't get any help just a bunch of emails on how to get out of my lease. THEN all of a sudden it's come to their attention I have a unauthorized pet, covenantly after that incident, when I have already submitted pet screening and ESA certification letter for dog who is for my autistic son when I moved in, May 2025 and it's now February 2026. It's giving very much discrimination and/or retaliation at this point. I wouldn't suggest to anyone I know ever moving here and the only way I'll sign another lease is if I can't find another suitable home by renewal time. I'm really glad I didn't give this review when Wendy, the previous management company's property manager, asked bc I would have been lying just to make her look good bc she really was the best thing about the property and the one to persuade us to even give the property a chance and move in.
