Thank you Maria for your help and compassion we love our apartment !! Can't say thank you enough !

Maria is doing a great job cleaning this place up. I'm sure she could do more if corporate and owner allow her to. Maria is very knowledgeable, presentable, and super respectful. The only thing missing is the cooperation from corporate and owner. I apparently spoke too soon. Managers come and go here faster than anything. Maria was great in the beginning but that didn't last long. Once again another Manager that adds hidden fees and makes things difficult just because she can. Dog poop everywhere. Hasn't been picked up in so long it has turned white. Laundry room has 4 washers shared by 58 units and are never cleaned. Police here on a regular basis. Trash pick up that is charged to residents that equal thousands of dollars a month combined and the trash area is horrific

I requested maintenance at this point don’t even want it anymore , my lease it up in December and I cannot stress my urgency to move outta here , 0/10 unprofessional, can never get ahold of the office over the phone they are never in their building , the maintenance takes weeks if they even complete it but they will mark it as complete. Appliances. Drawers shelves. Cheap. Cheap screws cheap material. They recently closed our washing room so you have to walk all the way to the other side of the building to even wash clothes. And then the biggest problem is the infestation, my whole side of apartments has roaches on them , with all the renovations they do on these new apartments the bugs just spread. 1500$ a month for this ? You could be in a house invest in yourself and don’t move here unless it is your last last resort

Good cheap apartments in the process of remodeling every unit these beautiful apartments have deep well stainless steal sinks ,granite counter tops, brandnew stainless full size fridge ,walkin closet ,and a gorgeous full bath . They come in studio one and two bedrooms the two beds have two baths . And did i mention cheap come talk to the property manager today on econdido

Do not move here, has roaches. People go through trash and can see personal mail. Ashley Tow truck will still tag your car and claim your not a resident even though I lived there for a year. The manager Ruby will call the police and feel threatened for asking her to do her job. It's been over 2 months and I still haven't got my deposit back. DO NOT MOVE HERE COMPLETE SCAMM.. The Fact it took 11 months to reply should show you how lazy the team really is. Don't move here anything is better than this.
