Ok I've been here now over a month and I heard bad things about this place but I'm here to tell you I have a 10 year old daughter as well I've never had a problem not once it's not as bad as people make it out to be yes it may be a little more expensive but it's worth it there is a real bedroom with a DOOR there's not a big look in your room hole in the wall the living room is bigger then most bathroom great size so over all it's bigger then most front desk people are great note this is Vegas and some things are the way they are I don't know any one personally and this is a ligitt rating from a normal person

The house is fully furnished functional and nice. The only 2 reasons I'm giving this place 2 stars is because of bugs and wifi. My unit has roaches everywhere and I had to connect to the main wifi and that doesn't work. I've went on settings like 50 times today just to check my wifi. I would give it atleast a 4 but because of those 2 problems I cant

I stayed here for 7 months & it's literally filled with roaches. I could barely cook anything because it's so infested. When they did come to spray the units the roaches would just run into my TV's & microwave. My kids were at the swimming pool one day & someone who stayed around the pool came outside arguing & beating up his girlfriend. Then proceeded to pull a gun out & my son was actively in the water. Had to rush back to our unit scared for our lives. Also had a male neighbor (im a woman) charge into my unit when our kids had a disagreement & had to call the police. I witnessed so mucb drama & violence its ridiculous. This place is not a place to stay long term. If your coming for a week to hang out & just to sleep here cool but do not live here especially with kids. Go to Siegel Suites & go third floor in any place in Vegas because of the roaches. Siege suites give better prices too.

If you value yourself do not move here under any circumstances. What they don't tell you is that every 28 days you have to move out for 24 hours and move back in. If you are a senior forget about it you're better off living in the streets. The toilets don't flush right and they stink and the people in the front are rude. If you're one minute late with the rent they'll lock you out and then they'll throw your possessions out or they say they do anyway. It costs like a hotel but there's no clean towels there's no sheets there's nothing that makes this place a hotel. They make you move out every 28 days so that you don't get residency so that that way they can kick you out in a minute. It doesn't matter how many times you've paid your rent on time. Furthermore it is way too expensive for what you get the Wi-Fi doesn't work you have to keep reconnecting it every 2 hours on every single device you have. Very predatory stay away.

I was very nervous and hesitant to move in here because of the area and childhood experiences growing up in weekly’s. But life happened and I needed somewhere to move quickly for me and my kiddos. It’s honestly been much better than expected. The ladies in the office are super nice. Neighbors keep an eye but mind their business and are overall nice. For being a one bedroom and so small there’s tons of room for storage so me and all 3 kids clothes and things fit no problem. They do stuff for the kiddos like door decorating contests and trunk or treats. It’s honestly a lot of people just trying to make the best of a tough situation. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the paint in the tub is peeling pretty bad and flakes everywhere and the blinds in the window were broken. I put down a bath mat and some curtains and it’s fine now.
