Well the units are very nice. Especially for the price. This is the absolute cheapest place we have found for weekly rental and monthly rentals when searching here in vegas. The staff are very kind and always helpful. Security is from a contracted outside company and they are pretty damn awful. This area is one of highest crime areas in vegas. There is a police officer on property that patrols the property by vehicle every night all night, but just one police officer and the security guards that really don't care what happens to the residents they are looking out for the company PERIOD. They could use 3 more police officers at night and during the day as well. But sign a year's lease and you get a studio apt for $700 a month which include electric and wifi as well as cable tv. Units are unfurnished for that price. You also get a free month rent at the end of the lease. Should you not be murdered before your lease is done. Check it out during the day and then again at night before you put your money on a unit or sign and paperwork with them. Never know you might love it.

I’ve paid $2116 and I still have no WiFi that I was supposed to get. My shower didn’t work when I moved in. My door didn’t lock, my oven was a mess. Save your mental, save for a better rental in my personal opinion ✨

Hello, I am writing this review as a guest of a resident. Recently the apartments have become very controlled by security. As I've been greeted by one and asked fory I'd and told to sit on the curb untill my resident I was there to visit came to get me. I was there to visit my sick friend n help her with some house chores. She had to get up out of bed, get dressed, and walk all the way to the front of the apartments while on medication and while pouring rain, come get me from the security as he wouldn't let us go passed bldg A . My friend then waves for me to come on. So as we walked away the security began saying "next time I'll make you come down here again for every guest that comes to visit". While screaming it out loud. That being said it made me change my mind about moving to the Mezzo's now. Which sucks because I was excited to get a place there. Respect is greeted with respect.

I'm writing this review as a current resident to share my experience with the Mezzo Apartments team. I've been very impressed with the recent improvements to the property, which have made living here a much better experience. Regarding the office staff, I have had repeated negative interactions with Z and King. Their unprofessional conduct and lack of courtesy toward residents, including myself, is very disappointing and needs to be addressed. It's a shame that a few individuals can bring down the overall atmosphere of the community. I hope the management will address these staff issues, as the improvements to the property deserve a professional and respectful team to match.

Great pool, but unaccessible. It's constantly got something going on involving the police being called. A lot of drugs activities and domestic violence.
