If I could do 0 stars I would. This place got me in quickly when I just wanted somewhere small & cute to stay while building my credit. Their security guards came knocking on my door making up stories that someone was screaming in my apartment but came because they wanted to peep who the new girl was (creepy) I proceeded to live there and make new friends. Neighbors don’t say hi but I’m a good citizen & made friends with the older ppl that lived there. No one cleans up after their dogs, another dog had parvo. There were used condoms on the ground. Property manager would yell across the room at me with sensitive topics when I would have questions. A girl who was working there was targeting me trying to fine me for leaving my trash for a couple of hours on my porch. It was a hot mess living here. I was assaulted on the property by one of their tenants & they didn’t allow me to break my lease despite me feeling unsafe. It’s a terrible place to live please, they need to demolish these buildings and build a waterpark next to the virgin or something. Pigeon poop caked up everywhere. I witnessed a stabbing at this complex, I included photos of the woman that goes jumping women who are prettier than her along with minors that are her daughter friends. They have a lot of abandoned buildings that the homeless sleep in also. The front of the building has a severe sewage build up that they never clean. When I moved out they didn’t accept my keys they were thrown at me. They’re trying to come at me saying the place is dirty but it is broom clean with minor cosmetic things like my small mount being nailed into the wall and some paint. I was quoted $150 to the the flooring and they are trying to charge me $1100 for damages that don’t equate to what they took photos of. I called asking about a balancer I seen on my account and they said “don’t worry about it” a couple of weeks go by & I get blown up by a credit collection company called property receivables that keep harassing me. I will happily be in court fighting to get this off my credit.

I had more respect for this property, everyone was nice no issues. Then my payment got reversed when the money is there clearly. My bank said they rejected the payment, with the money there. They’re charging me a extra 100$ then when I go to the office to talk to the manager calmly she calls security. She says it randomly happens to people verbatim. There was no type of empathy or anything. I use to love it here no issues, something is going on. This place is evil. This is happening to more residents, extra hidden fees beware.

I moved all the way from Ohio and was nervous and stressed. Reyna was super helpful! She made the application process & move - in very easy! I received my keys as soon as I arrived with no issues. Maintenance is quick & prompt. There’s a nice pool and fitness center as well as a laundry facility. I’m very happy with my decision. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have only been here for less than 2 weeks. The first week a nightmare with roaches. They have pest control that comes out. I have used them and even bought spray, combat bait, large bait stations, and borax tablets. I have 2 dogs and serious health issues - I would not recommend this place even if you are desperate. I rented here because it seemed like a great place and I was desperate- so I thought. I asked about leaving and breaking the lease - at the office they said it is not reason enough to break the lease. This isn’t a new renovation but supposed to have been renovated My things are still packed in totes and I am way too old to be living like this Here are pictures from today and as you can see it looks like mold and tell me why there is water behind the stove?
