My parents were looking for a new place around this area and got lucky enough to find Luminous. The girl they helped them with their application ed very nice and quick. Her name is Liz. I recommend touring with her. She makes it so easy to move in.

I give 5 stars for Allen, the maintenance/handyman. He's fixed our toilet in the past and just installed our new dishwasher (the previous one stopped working) amongst other things. He is very knowledgeable, efficient, and a humble, kind man. As a complex as a whole we've never had any major issues in general. Nice central location you can get where ever you need to get to in a reasonable time. Would still like to see consistent security presence. Never heavy traffic going in and out, relatively quiet with the occasional spark here and there. Pretty good amenities and the Amazon locker is the best. The resident exclusive food trucks are always a cool way to give back. Thanks for being home for the past 4 years!

Liz was very helpful when my mom applied for an apartment here. She showed us a really nice unit and guided us throughout the entire process. We are grateful for her help!

I was so worried about finding first apartment because I llived in California and didn't have a job offer in Nevada and every other apartments I called were all turned off when I told them I don't have a job offer in nevada yet and they didn't seem to care whether I find a place to live. But, all that worry went away when I met with Taylor Blue who, looked me in the eye and said that she will do all she can to work to get me an apartment with luminous. She was so kind and answered my questions. Thanks to her I now have an apartment in nevada I can call home. I am really grateful to her and may she me blessed. Thanks Taylor Blue!!

Was looking for a new place and driver by n decided to stop I didn't have an appointment and the office Lease was closed but by time I was leaving Allison the property manager came back and was very friendly and she showed me a unit available She answered all my questions. I was very friendly. The place was ready to move in on. It was very quiet and bright and clean so I decided to sign on the spot after being approved. I was able to move in two days later very quick process nice and easy There was a few minor things that needed to be fixed and allan was so quick to respond and friendly and easy-going. They fixed the problem within two days and I am all moved in and I already enjoy the space. Only downside would be maybe the loud neighbors that were fighting outside that three in the morning outside my window. But that is not in their power. I haven't seen any Security Guard walking by, but I'm pretty sure they have it at night tho Very nice staff so far and easy process Keep it up Safe n clean
