AVOID THIS PLACE, THEY WILL SEND YOU YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT AND THEN PUT A STOP PAYMENT.
My daughter’s electric meter was attached to the wrong unit, and she was charged the wrong amount for electricity. THE FRONT OFFICE AND PROPERTY MANAGER WONT HELP, THEY WILL LIE AND GASLIGHT YOU THEY ARE WORTHLESS AND KNOW IT, YALL KNOW IT)
Save yourself the headache and avoid them.

Its now 24 hours with HOT WATER IN MY UNIT!
Timeline of Events:
December 12, 2025: I submitted a work order for a pre-existing issue where the hot water ran out in less than ten minutes.
December 12, 2025 (later in day): Maintenance performed an attempted "temporary fix" using refurbished parts.
December 12, 2025: I discovered that the attempted repair failed, and I now have absolutely zero hot water in my unit.
The complete lack of hot water renders the unit uninhabitable and is a severe health and safety concern. As required by NRS 118A.290, the landlord must maintain all essential facilities in safe and working condition.
I contacted the front office staff immediately. To my surprise I was met with unprofessionalism, no urgency about the issue, and no estimated repair time. I am still with hot water in my unit. I pay a fairly high amount of rent, fees and utilities. This is inhumane!
I have had to contact THE CITY on them for a previous mold issue. It looks like I will be taking the same route. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAQUE. THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE BOTS THEY ARE NOT REAL TAKE HEED!

They knew they were multiple car breaks in the neighborhood but still didn't secure it. They just collect our pay. I will type everything when I get home. For now, I want others, who are victims of car thefts and other issues, to contact me through here.
Update:
I lived about three years in this place. I loved the building and its location.
However, a multiple incidents of negligence and unacceptable conduct by the management and staff of this apartment complex. These issues have affected my safety, my property, and my employment.
First, the complex failed to secure the community gate, leaving it open despite claiming to provide security. As a result, unauthorized individuals were able to enter the property, and other residentsincluding myself experienced vandalism to our vehicles.
Second, the complex continues to charge residents for water-damage issues that are clearly caused by the aging plumbing system and normal wear and tear. When the repiping project was conducted in my building, I was given extremely short notice. This disruption directly contributed to my loss of employment, which has had a significant impact on my livelihood.
Additionally, a previous manager entered my bedroom while I was sleeping, without notice, permission, or any valid justification. This unauthorized entry was a serious violation of my privacy and tenant rights. (They got rid of her.) I was happy of this without complaining to the higher up.
I sincerely hope the new management team will address these concerns promptly and take corrective actions to prevent future issues

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience living here. “Luxury” is really an overstatement. My apartment flooded twice from burst pipes, the girl next door had her car stolen, and I was hit with surprise charges during moving out. :( My floor sloshed like the videos shown here for over a week and my furniture got wet while I waited for them to even look at the issue. The dumpsters are routinely looted by people who leave garbage everywhere, and some residents never pick up after their dogs, so the outside area smells like poop. The pools were closed a lot for health code violations. The thing that bothered me most was the mandatory walk-through “inspections” that happened almost once a month where a leasing agent or team of unfamiliar contractors would enter the unit and take pictures of random things and write on a clipboard (?) this happened almost the entire time I lived there.
Some of the positive reviews here are extremely sketchy. Who leaves a five-star review after just touring a mediocre complex? One review includes “[describe positive features: well-maintained, modern]”. Not sure if it’s bots or if there is a review incentive, it just seems weird.
One thing I did enjoy was my old next door neighbor who I could hear singing and playing guitar through the wall, he rocks!

Stay away, this company will scam you!
Back in the end of January, I'd put in a maintenence request due to water damage and water under my floorboards. I was told it would be handled promptly. By Feb. 4th in an email I'd requested a discussion about Rent Concession for the water damage and hassle as I couldn't comfortably use my kitchen due to water seeping up from my floors, and a sink and shower in my bedroom I couldn't use due to the water leaking.
The leak was eventually fixed within the first week of February as well, to which when I asked about potential mildew or mold and I was told, "a blower should fix the issue". After continued requests for a second opinion, and a verbal denial from the management of this complex that I never brought up the rent concession for the issue, which this was a week and a half after my email mind you; to which I had to quote my previous email and reiterate my need for another look due to the smell of moisture and mildew. I have pictures of the severity of the mildew found before they began construction due to the second opinion I'd requested.
After 3 separate companies came out to tell me and the office the same thing, that yes there is damage and well need to remove portions of the drywall and the bathroom vanity, the construction began. This meant my unit was not suitable to live in for the duration of the construction process. So from February 17th to March 3rd, I was away from my unit while they fixed the issue. The issue, mind you, that they said a blower could fix.
After all of this hassle, I still had to wait to hear about the confirmation of rent concession for the troubles until The end of March, to which I was told it was confirmed and would be applied to my next months rent. The concession was less than 1/6th of my rent for the month, and almost 1/3 as much as my rent for the duration of me being out of my unit due to it being "uninhabitable ".
Emails and calls do nothing to the corporate office, so good luck trying to resolve the issue.
