My honest review. This no reflection on the any of the staff the staff is amazing Antonio from the front office has been nothing but the best to me he is amazing... with that being said the property its self. I have been here for a little under a year and will not be renewing my lease mainly becuase I need more room with two kids. Pros: 1. Everyone keeps to themselves no one is in anyones business 2. Pool is clean and well maintained 3. Laudry is $1 each machine very afforable 4. Aparments outside are well maintained i see the maintance man every morning sweeping and picking up litter 5. Office staff are some of the best i have meet in all my time leasing apts. They are always avalible and answer all my questions. Cons: 1. ROACHES, i think EVERY las vegas apt has this issue of pests but sundance forsure is roaches NOW i will say they did fog my apt and I am on a bi weekly spray cycle and i have seen a massive reduction in my apt, but unfortunetly still present. 2. No Assigned parking ive noticed some neighboors have 1-2 cars and parking is first come first serve so sometimes i would have to park really far and with groceries it really sucked i would def reccomend them to maybe start 1 assigned parking spot per apt at least. 3. Laundry rooms sometimes are down. In the whole year i have been here its been down 6 times so i had to go to the other side of the apts to wash, not to far just a little bit of a hassle. 4. The park was never opened which sucked becasue it would have been great to be able to go and spend some time there but it was my understanding they are still renovating it. 5. this is very speciifc to my apartment as it was cloest to the gate on lorenzi but you can hear cars come in and out and people walk past there would be times where i would get woken up by cars comeing by becuase it was so close and they were so loud. Overall my experiance at sundace was above average. I liked the community i liked the staff i liked the overall vibe but forsure could use some revamping. Would i reccommend sundance to any family and friends, yes but I would also warn them about the roaches and make them aware of ways to midagate them i.e. get on the biweekly program of pest control and ask them to fog your unit. its afforable but you forsure get what you paid for.

I just moved into Sundance last Saturday, and the overall process was nerve-racking (since it was my first time getting a place on my own) but made MUCH easier thanks to working with my leasing agent, Perla. ✨ From when I first walked in and filled out the application, Perla was kind, open, understanding, and compassionate in regards to my turbulent financial history. She answered all my questions (which were A LOT of them lol) throughout the entire process - from submitting the application to signing the lease. And even now, with me moved in, she and the rest of the office are quick and responsive to calls and emails, no matter how busy they are. My apartment itself was cleaned and serviced very nicely upon moving in. I found few discrepancies, and those same discrepancies were actually disclosed to me by Perla herself and I was reassured they'd be fixed/addressed (which they have been). Maintenance is quick and efficient too; submitting work orders are free, and the jobs get done in a timely manner. The complex is huge with a lot of amenities and is a gated community (with actual working gates lol). Rules can be strict, but I consider that a good thing to help keep the neighborhood in order. The neighbors themselves are private, no one is overly chatty, and everyone minds their own business (which I also like). Sundance isn't a second-chance leasing property anymore, but it is income-restricted and willing to work with anyone with bad credit/financial history. You just gotta make sure to work with the office, be as thorough as you can with your paperwork, and the office takes care of the rest. Credit check is quick, but the verification process (for employment and rental history) can be slow if the office struggles to verify everything, so again; make sure you have your paperwork in order and inform your employer to help speed up the process. Overall, I'm really enjoying my time here and am grateful to have this opportunity. 🙏 It's peaceful and secure, and I have a LOT of space in my one bedroom apartment (and a huge patio too!). Definitely recommend giving this place consideration for where you move to next. ✨
