Floor plancars being broke into license plates being taking off cars no security guards to protect peoples property and they won’t even compromise w you when you hv to pay out of pocket to get your property fixed it’s not fair and paying over $1,500 in rent w no washer and dryer i’ve been here for over 5yrs i pray things change
Love living here great management, Karla is fantastic and always very helpful, the only problems is laundry room machine s not working correctly, hot tub is always hit are miss if the pilot light is let. Should be check daily by maintenance. Great to have two swimming pools but not heated and can only be used 3 months a year. And rent going up every year will eventually price me out. But very happy with Apt usually quite and peaceful. I recommend people to move here.
