I found the folks working in the property management office to be more than efficient and excellent. I was made to feel at home in the complex immediately. I am very satisfied I found the Ridge on Charleston as my new home.
As a resident of this property for the past 3 years I've seen a lot of change from the office workers to the maintenance. I have to say this recent change has been for the utmost better. Antonio and his team for the maintenance have went above and beyond to fix our bathroom tiles or toilet and anything else that we've had the issue with for the past 3 years. The ladies in the office have been a true blessing because the ladies before them were not very nice didn't care about the tenant and never had anything done. But these angels have also went above and beyond to make sure that we're not just happy living here but that we feel safe and cared about. Thank you from building Q.
