I had a very positive experience staying at Siegel Suites Swenson II and really appreciated how convenient everything was from day one. The apartment came fully furnished, and the kitchen had all the basics I needed to cook comfortably. The multiple flat-screen TVs were a nice touch, especially with premium cable already set up. What made it stand out for me was the fact that all utilities were included, so there were no surprise bills to worry about. The location is perfect for anyone studying at UNLV or just needing flexible housing near the Strip. The best part was working with General Manager Mayra, she was professional, kind, and quick to help with any questions or requests. The place felt safe and well-maintained, and I found it to be a great value for the price, especially since no long-term lease was required.
