The manager was really nice. She introduced herself we even had conversations about personal life and things going on her plans with the buildings. It was a real good experience. She helped me with everything that needed to be done so I do appreciate her.

Everything is good, Alicia did well and is very nice. I’m just waiting on my oven to be repaired or replaced. I put in a work order a few days ago and haven’t heard anything yet. Other than that happy with the apartment perfect size for 1-2 people imo and being on the footsteps of UNLV is great. Update 1/21/25 the oven was repaired. Updated 2/5: My greatest fear about renting here is coming to fruition. I have not been able to wash my clothes for two weeks as alll the washing machines are filled with water and disgusting. Ugh never had this problem before it is so infuriating! Just called the main line and it went to a fax when it worked the day before. Update: 2/11/25 Washers fixed and office communication has been solid throughout.

The property manager is mostly hands-off but they do respond if you have issues. Since I've been here there have been no major issues, an occasional homeless person walks around but not consistently. Overall, it is a very chill place to live

My wife and I requested a tour, over a week ago. They took days, to respond and they still have not given us a time or date for a tour... also their website says rent is $895 a month with a $500 deposit. However, they are telling us that the rent is $1,000+ (monthly). If they take this long to respond and are raising rent or giving out false information, we are just better off not wasting our time. We will continue to look elsewhere. Good thing we never got to tour this place, as it says alot about the people in charge.

This was a decent place 2 years ago, but now it has become a terrible place to live. You call to get something fixed and maintenance doesn’t do it correctly or leaves for hours. On top of that they do not keep up the property what so ever! Washers and dryers are always broken, broken ac unit has been out in the court yard for 1 year almost. My bathroom shower still not working and I have mold! Then the exhaust over my stove what a joke Maybe if they see how bad it really was they would maybe help.
