I’m so happy for my decision of moving to 1133. The staff are so friendly. Amenities are new. The building is always very clean. I highly recommend this place. 10/10!

Great apartment! Using the AirBB here has been seamless and very cute. The maintenance is very nice and quick, the location is wonderful, and I feel safe. The view is also gorgeous, both morning and night.

Had a great stay while attending here for a conference at the LACC. Raven was super hospitable and helped out with whatever we needed. We were happy with everything that was provided with the AirBnB. Thanks again for letting us stay.

Strong toxic paint smell makes the unit unlivable. Leasing office only offered a spray and refused air quality testing. No responsibility taken. For your health, avoid this place. What makes this experience even worse is the property manager’s attitude. She was unbelievably arrogant, talking down to us as if tenants had no say. Their only so-called “solution” was to hand us a spray — and then they completely ignored us. No responsibility, no real help. It feels awful to pay this much rent and be treated with such disrespect.

RUN!!!!!! Really terrible! From the very first day, the room was filled with a strong paint smell, making it completely uninhabitable. The management’s attitude was extremely rude – they refused to take any responsibility and even told me that I am “welcome to have my lawyer send a letter anytime.” Such a response shows zero care for tenants’ health or safety. Strongly advise everyone to stay away from this place!
