Dec 5, 2025I submitted a $300 holding deposit for an apartment at G12 Apartments. Summer Smith, the senior property manager, repeatedly promised my refund, gave multiple conflicting dates, and failed to deliver the check over more than five weeks. Despite my repeated follow-ups, confirmed correct mailing addresses, and assurances of overnight delivery with tracking, I still have not received the refund as of 12/5/2025.
Throughout this process, Summer made repeated commitments that were not honored, creating ongoing confusion and delays. The handling of my deposit was negligent and unprofessional.
I would strongly caution anyone considering applying here to be prepared for potential delays, miscommunication, and the need to closely document all interactions. Based on my experience, this process has been extremely frustrating and stressful, and I hope this review helps others avoid similar issues.
