Front desk is amazing but besides that water has not been working on 7 for weeks and toilets remained clogged and disgusting. Elevators very slow as well recently. Building feels generally unmaintained recently
Aven markets itself as a luxury apartment, but my experience with the front desk was deeply concerning. A front desk employee named David aggressively banged on my apartment door in the evening, waking me from sleep, and threatened to throw away my belongings. The interaction felt intimidating and unprofessional, and it made me feel unsafe in my own unit. There were many non-confrontational ways to handle the situation, yet forceful behavior was chosen instead. This is not acceptable for a building that claims to prioritize resident safety and professionalism.
